Kara, Blue & Bandit & Griz
Hi, I am Kara. My two friends are Blue (the Aussie) and Bandit (Little Jack). Blue and I have been together since 1998. Bandit's been a part of the family since the fall of ‘04.
Blue and I have been doing flyball since the fall of ‘01 minus the year I was in Iraq. We got started because Blue needed more to do than just fetching the paper from the mail box. Once we started we were hooked so poor Bandit had no choice in the matter. From the time he came home with us, at about 9 weeks old, he has been exposed to flyball and agility. He knows no else.
We do demos on Ft. Campbell and around the community to try to generate interest. We want people to understand that you can have fun with your canine babies.
The dogs are pretty excited when we bring them onto the lane. In fact, everybody’s adrenaline is so high sometimes that when your waiting for your next race you come down hard and need a "doggy" nap.
